The invention discloses a water environment treatment method for a weak-flow polluted urban lake. The water environment treatment method comprises the following steps: S1, analyzing hydrological conditions and water environment current situations of a to-be-treated urban lake and a surrounding area; s2, determining problems and causes of the urban lake water environment; s3, reducing sewage entering the urban lakes through source control and sewage interception; s4, constructing a running water smooth flow engineering system utilizing the transit water source, introducing water in the transit water source which is abundant in water quantity and better in water environment quality than the urban lake into the urban lake, and enabling the water body in the urban lake to circularly flow; s5, ecological desilting is conducted on water diversion rivers of the urban lakes and other lake inlet and outlet rivers of the urban lakes; and S6, performing ecological restoration on the water diversion port, the water diversion river channel and the urban lake of the transit water source. The method can shorten the water changing period of the urban lake and improve the water quality.
