The invention discloses a super-hydrophobic coating for alkali efflorescence resistance of cement mortar and a preparation method of the super-hydrophobic coating. The coating comprises a cement coating which is arranged on a cement mortar base material and provides roughness, and hydrophobic emulsion is arranged on the surface of the cement coating; wherein the cement coating comprises the following components: cement, sand and pigment; in the cement coating, the mass ratio of cement to water to sand to pigment is 1: (0.5-1), the mass ratio of cement to water to sand to pigment is 1: (2-2.75), and the mass ratio of cement to water to sand to pigment is 1: (0.06-0.072). The method comprises the following steps: constructing a cement coating on a cement mortar base material; and coating the hydrophobic emulsion on the surface of the cement coating, and drying to obtain the hydrophobic cement coating. According to the invention, a layered coarse structure is formed by the micron-scale sand and the micro-nano-scale cement product, the coarse structure improves the hydrophobicity of the hydrophobic coating, reduces the usage amount of the hydrophobic agent, and improves the durability of the super-hydrophobic coating, and the super-hydrophobic mortar has waterproofness and self-cleaning property and can alleviate the saltpetering problem; and the preparation process is simple and easy to control.
