Formaldehyde-removing ceramic tile and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a formaldehyde-removing ceramic tile and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps of preparation of a photocatalytic material A, preparation of a photocatalytic wrapping material B, preparation of a photocatalytic glaze material C, preparation of a cover glaze D, preparation of a polishing solution E, glazing, drying, firing forming, edging and polishing. According to the preparation method, photocatalytic materials such as copper-doped bismuth vanadate, platinum-doped titanium oxide, nano magnesium oxide, nano zinc oxide and the like are wrapped with high-temperature-resistant aluminum oxide and silicon oxide so as to improve the high-temperature resistance of the photocatalytic materials, and the wrapped photocatalytic materials are introduced into photocatalytic glaze and a polishing solution, so that the formaldehyde removal rate of the sintered ceramic tile can still reach 82-93% after the ceramic tile is washed 10000 times, the ceramic tile has the characteristics of good formaldehyde removal, good durability, good adhesive force and the like, the surface of the ceramic tile is super clean and bright, the glossiness reaches up to 95-100 degrees, the ceramic tile has excellent apparent quality, and the requirements of consumers on ceramic tile attractiveness and purification of formaldehyde in air are met.
本发明公开了一种除甲醛瓷砖及其制备方法,所述制备方法包括制备光催化材料A、制备光催化包裹材料B、制备光催化釉料C、制备面釉D、制备抛光液E、施釉、烘干、烧制成型、磨边和抛光,所述制备方法将掺铜钒酸铋、掺铂氧化钛、纳米氧化镁和纳米氧化锌等光催化材料经过耐高温的氧化铝和氧化硅包裹,用于提升光催化材料的耐高温性,将包裹后的光催化材料引入光催化釉料和抛光液中,使烧成的瓷砖能够经受10000次的洗刷后,甲醛去除率仍高达82~93%,具有良好的除甲醛、耐久性好以及附着力好等的特点,而且砖面超洁亮,光泽度高达95~100°,具有优异的表观质量,满足消费者对于瓷砖美观以及对于净化空气中的甲醛的要求。
