Formaldehyde-removed ceramic tile and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a formaldehyde-removed ceramic tile and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of building materials. The formaldehyde-removed ceramic tile comprises a ceramic tile substrate layer, a first glaze layer, a second glaze layer and a protective layer, wherein the ceramic tile substrate layer, the first glaze layer, the second glaze layer and the protective layer are sequentially connected. The first glaze layer, the second glaze layer and the protective layer are arranged on the ceramic substrate layer, so the wear resistance, the antibacterial property and the formaldehyde removal rate of the whole ceramic tile can be improved; the first glaze layer, the second glaze layer and the ceramic substrate layer are fired and integrally formed; and after a formula of the first glaze layer and the second glaze layer is optimized, in a high-temperature firing process, cordierite microcrystals are separated from components such as kaolin and calcined soil on unmelted aggregate, so the hardness of the glaze layers is enhanced, the glaze layers are prevented from being worn by hard objects and surface defects caused by excessive softening in the firing process, and the wear resistance and the stability of the first glaze layer and the second glaze layer can be further obviously improved.
