An annular magnetic field is generated through the coil for guiding in directional current, the annular magnetic field forces iron balls located in the annular structure of the annular magnetic field to generate annular motion, and due to the fact that the annular flow generated by the iron balls is attached to the inner wall of an iron drum, the annular motion of the iron balls can generate pressure towards the outer wall of the iron drum; the pressure mainly comes from centrifugal force generated by high-speed running of iron balls, due to rotation of a roller and the high-strength centrifugal force, the roller can continuously generate downward pressure amplification, the amplification can increase the compaction work of the roller on a road surface or raw materials, due to the fact that the device utilizes the electromagnetic principle, the controllability of the rotating speed is high. Moreover, the iron balls rotate freely, so that the energy conversion rate is high, and the effect is relatively obvious.
