The invention provides a dam migration device capable of adapting to the water level. The dam migration device comprises a dam passing pipe, ascending pipes, a connecting pipe and a dam lower pipe. A vent valve is arranged at the top of the ascending pipe located at the high position, and vent pipes are arranged at the tops of the other ascending pipes. The vent valve is provided with a reset device, and a linkage device is arranged on a switch of the vent valve and connected with a floater arranged in a dam. According to the migration device, the vent valve is adjusted along with the water level through the floater and the linkage device, so that the water flow speed of a channel is controlled, and the migration device can adapt to automatic adjustment of the water level within the range of 10 meters. The vent pipes are arranged on the ascending pipes, the pressure of the pipes can be kept, and the internal water flow speed is decreased. A retarding channel and a crawling channel are formed in each ascending pipe, and migration of small fishes and crawling migration organisms with poor physical power is facilitated. The device can automatically adapt to changes of the water level in the dam within the range, the water suction pressure is adjusted in a linkage mode, the proper water flow speed is kept, the formed migration channel effect is good, dam protection and migration ecological resource protection are achieved at the same time, and the dam migration device is worthy of application and popularization.
