The invention relates to a high-underground-water-level fan foundation construction method. The high-underground-water-level fan foundation construction method comprises the following steps that 1) materials are selected, specifically, according to the characteristics of a site where a project is located and the characteristics of steel sheet piles, the 6m or 9m * 0.4m steel sheet piles are selected; 2) identification is conducted, specifically, a measuring person releases the pile position axis, and lime line identification is scattered; 3) the steel sheet piles are inserted and driven, specifically, the steel sheet piles are hoisted through a pile driver and are centralized in place, and the single piles are continuously inserted and driven one by one; 4) pit digging is conducted, specifically, after the steel sheet piles are inserted and driven, secondary paying-off is conducted, and mechanical pit digging is conducted after secondary paying-off is completed; 5) manual bottom cleaning is conducted, specifically, manual bottom cleaning is conducted on the remaining 20cm pit bottom which is not dug in the step 4); 6) well point dewatering is arranged, specifically, after the pit bottom is dug, annular well point dewatering is arranged at the position 1.0m away from the edge of a foundation pit, and the distance between every two well point dewatering pipes is 1.0m; and 7) after foundation pouring is completed, bearing platform corrosion prevention and grounding construction are conducted. The high-underground-water-level fan foundation construction method has the advantages that effective dewatering is achieved, backward flowing and collapse are prevented, and the construction efficiency is improved.
