The invention discloses a detachable self-supporting steel bar truss floor support plate. The detachable self-supporting steel bar truss floor support plate comprises a formwork body, a plurality of sets of steel bar pieces, two sets of guide assemblies and blocking assemblies; the multiple sets of steel bar pieces are evenly distributed on the upper surface of the formwork body; and the two sets of guide assemblies are mounted on the two sides of the upper surface of the formwork body in parallel and correspondingly connected with the steel bar pieces. Sliding pieces correspondingly slide in parallel rails, thus workers can rapidly adjust the density of the steel bar pieces and the distance between the steel bar pieces according to actual work requirements, and the detachable self-supporting steel bar truss floor support plate can be correspondingly used in different working conditions; under assistance of the blocking assemblies, rapid assembling of adjacent formwork bodies is achieved, and the defect that traditional adjacent formwork bodies need spot welding is avoided; and a plurality of sets of blocking blocks are correspondingly embedded in sealing grooves, the sealing performance of the adjacent formwork bodies is improved, the overall blocking effect can be reinforced, and the defect of concrete leakage in the pouring process is avoided.
