Full-light concrete truss floor support plate with detachable templates
The all-light concrete truss floor support plate comprises a plurality of filling modules which are transversely arranged at intervals, protruding nuts are arranged at the bottoms of the filling modules, and the two sides of the transversely-arranged filling modules are connected with each other through an upper glass reinforced plastic bar and a lower glass reinforced plastic bar. An upper opening ring and two spaced lower opening rings are respectively arranged on the upper glass reinforced plastic bar and the lower glass reinforced plastic bar between every two adjacent filling modules to form a transverse filling module combination unit; after the multiple filling module combination units are arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the formwork, the upper opening rings and the two lower opening rings of the multiple filling module combination units correspond to each other, and glass steel bar trusses formed by upper chord glass steel bars and lower chord glass steel bars penetrate into the upper opening rings and the two lower opening rings; bolts penetrate through the template and are fixedly connected with the protruding nuts on the filling modules into a whole. The filling module and the glass reinforced plastic truss are combined into a whole, so that the weight of the floor support plate is greatly reduced.
本发明公开了可拆模板全轻混凝土桁架楼承板,包括按横向间隔排列的多个填充模块,其底部各设有凸起螺母,在横向排列的填充模块两侧通过上、下玻璃钢筋彼此连接,位于每一相邻填充模块之间的上、下玻璃钢筋分别设有上开口环及间隔的两个下开口环构成横向填充模块组合单元;将多个填充模块组合单元沿模板纵向按间隔排列后,使多个填充模块组合单元的上开口环、两个下开口环彼此相对应,并在上开口环、两个下开口环内穿入上、下弦玻璃钢筋构成的玻璃钢筋桁架;在模板上穿入螺栓与每一个填充模块上的凸起螺母固定连接成一体。通过填充模块与玻璃钢筋桁架组合成一体,具有大大减轻了楼承板的重量。
