Bentonite slurry storage system
A bentonite slurry storage system comprises a storage cylinder driving part, a slurry storage cylinder with a plurality of storage cylinder hangers and a slurry outlet, a stirring shaft, a stirring rod assembly with a stirring rod and a sealing scraping strip, a pneumatic valve and weighing modules. The slurry storage cylinder is fixedly arranged on an external underframe after the weighing modules are arranged below the plurality of storage cylinder hangers. The weighing modules are connected to an external control unit through cables. The storage cylinder driving part is fixedly arranged above the slurry storage cylinder. The stirring rod assembly is arranged at the lower portion of the stirring shaft in a sleeving mode, a plurality of stirring blades are arranged in a radial symmetry mode, the stirring rod is made of angle steel, and a row of protruding balls are arranged on the upper surface of the stirring rod. According to the bentonite slurry storage system, bentonite slurry is continuously stirred at a low speed through the slurry storage cylinder, the gelation state of the bentonite slurry is kept, the precipitation and layering conditions of the bentonite slurry are prevented, the requirement for injecting the bentonite slurry into a groove in the underground diaphragm wall construction process is met, static pressure is generated on the inner wall of the groove of an underground diaphragm wall, a waterproof film is formed, the surface expansion of the underground diaphragm wall groove wall is accelerated, and the collapse of the underground diaphragm wall groove wall surface soil layer is effectively inhibited.
一种膨润土泥浆的储存系统,包括储筒驱动部、具有多个储筒挂架、出浆口的储浆筒、搅拌轴、具有搅拌杆、密封刮条的搅拌杆组件、气动阀和称重模块;储浆筒通过在多个储筒挂架的下方设置称重模块后固装于外部底架上;称重模块通过线缆连接到外部控制单元;储筒驱动部固装于储浆筒的上方;搅拌杆组件套装于搅拌轴的下部,其多个搅拌叶以径向对称方式设置,该搅拌杆采用角钢制作,其上边表面设有一排凸球。本发明通过储浆筒对膨润土泥浆持续低速搅拌,保持膨润土泥浆凝胶状态,防止其出现沉淀和分层情况,满足地下连续墙施工过程中向沟槽注入膨润土泥浆的要求,对地下连续墙的沟槽内壁产生静压力、形成隔水膜,加速地下连续墙槽壁的表面膨胀,有效抑制地下连续墙沟槽壁面土层的坍塌。
