The invention provides an energy-saving intelligent building which comprises a building base fixedly connected with a top cover, a magnetic rotating assembly which comprises a rotating wheel, a rotating shaft, a magnetic fluid, a permanent magnet and a stand column, wherein the rotating wheel is rotatably installed at the upper end of the building base through the rotating shaft, the rotating wheel is annularly provided with a plurality of liquid cavities with the rotating shaft as the axis, the liquid cavities are filled with the magnetic fluid, and the stand column is fixedly installed at the bottom of the top cover; and the permanent magnet is fixedly installed on the side, close to the rotating wheel, of the stand column; a light condensation assembly; a vibration assembly which comprises a rubber sheet, a first magnet and a second magnet; and a one-way air guding assembly used for leading a gas in the building base out. According to the invention, the magnetism of the magnetic fluid is changed through solar energy, the gas in the underground building is led out, energy consumption needed by gas replacement is reduced, and green, environment-friendly and energy-saving effects are achieved.
