The invention discloses an energy-saving intelligent building structure which comprises a roof and a solar panel, an outer wall is vertically and fixedly connected to the side face of the lower portion of the roof, a side edge is vertically and fixedly connected to the side face of the upper portion of the roof, an inclined slope is arranged above the roof, a roof greening layer is arranged above the inclined slope, and a drainage hopper is arranged below the bottom end of the inclined slope. The bottom end of the drainage hopper is connected with a rainwater collecting pipe, the rainwater collecting pipe is connected with a rainwater storage pond, the rainwater storage pond is connected with a purification pond through a water pipe, a water pump and a filter are arranged on the water pipe, a side wall greening layer is arranged on the outer side of the outer wall, and the purification pond is connected with a water needing position of a washroom through a water outlet pipe. The solar panel is connected with the storage battery and the solar hot water pool, the storage battery is connected with the electricity utilization main circuit, the electricity utilization main circuit is connected with the electricity utilization branch circuit, and the solar hot water pool is connected with the hot water outlet pipe. Natural energy is utilized, environmental damage and pollution are reduced, and low energy consumption is achieved.
