The covering cloth made of the flexible material is used as a cover of the parking garage, the covering cloth is controlled by the driving device to move on the outer surface of the parking garage, so that opening and closing of an outlet of the parking garage are achieved, and compared with the design of cover plates of existing parking garages, the movable space needed for opening and closing the cover is saved, the miniaturization design is achieved, and the installation and the use are more convenient.
