The invention provides a parking apron and an unmanned aerial vehicle carrying device, and the parking apron comprises a supporting seat which is provided with a parking platform for parking an unmanned aerial vehicle; the hatch cover assembly comprises a plurality of hatch cover parts, and the hatch cover parts are connected with the supporting seat in a relatively rotatable mode; the rotating axes of the hatch cover components are located on the same straight line. Wherein the plurality of hatch cover components rotate in sequence, so that the hatch cover assembly reaches an open state or a shielding state; when the hatch cover assembly reaches the open state, the hatch cover assembly is contracted to one side of the supporting seat, and when the hatch cover assembly reaches the shielding state, the multiple hatch cover components cover the parking platform to define a parking cabin used for containing the unmanned aerial vehicle, and the parking apron solves the technical problem that the hatch cover of the parking apron in the related technology occupies a large space.
