High-performance cold-resistant anti-freezing concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a high-performance cold-resistant anti-freezing concrete. The concrete comprises, by weight, 15-20 parts of stones; 15-20 parts of sands; 60-80 parts of cement; 8-12 parts of a mixing agent; 8-12 parts of an adhesive; 10-15 parts of a filling agent; and 30-40 parts of water. Large-particle-size stones are screened out, and it is avoided that after concrete is solidified, the large-particle-size stones are pressed, and gaps are generated between the large-particle-size stones and mixed materials. The stone and sand raw materials are washed and dried, impurities on the surfaces of the stone and sand are removed, and the adhesion strength of the stones and sands and the mixed material is improved. The mixing agent, the adhesive and the filling agent are proportioned, so that the stability and the strength of the solidified concrete are ensured, and low-temperature cracking is prevented.
