Alkali-resistant anti-freezing concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, in particular to alkali-resistant anti-freezing concrete and a preparation method thereof. The alkali-resistant and anti-freezing concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 300-400 parts of cement; 150 to 250 parts of water; 15-35 parts of an expanding agent; 500 to 650 parts of fine aggregate; 800 to 1000 parts of coarse aggregate; the composite material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1.5-2.5 parts of a water reducing agent and 50-80 parts of reinforced fibers, and the reinforced fibers are formed by compounding polypropylene serving as a matrix with one or more of PVA (polyvinyl alcohol), PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene). The preparation method of the alkali-resistant anti-freezing concrete comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the cement, the fine aggregate and the coarse aggregate; mixing the expanding agent with water, adding into a stirrer, and stirring; and adding the water reducing agent and the reinforced fibers, fully stirring, and pouring and molding to obtain the alkali-resistant anti-freezing concrete. By optimizing the proportion and introducing the composite reinforced fibers, the crack resistance, impermeability, alkali resistance and frost resistance of the concrete are remarkably improved. Particularly in high-altitude areas, the concrete road can effectively resist freezing and saline-alkali erosion, and the service life is remarkably prolonged.
