The invention relates to a fatigue crack reinforcing structure and method for an arc-shaped notch of a diaphragm plate of a steel bridge deck, the reinforcing structure comprises a crack arrest hole formed in the diaphragm plate and a shape memory alloy sheet arranged on the side face of the diaphragm plate, the inner end of the fatigue crack is connected with the arc-shaped notch, the outer end of the fatigue crack is connected with the crack arrest hole, and the shape memory alloy sheet covers the fatigue crack and the crack arrest hole at the same time. Compared with the prior art, the reinforcing structure has the advantages that through the cold repair mode of combined action of drilling crack arrest and shape memory alloy sheet pasting, welding residual stress is not introduced, the fatigue life of the arc-shaped notch of the diaphragm plate is remarkably prolonged, and the reinforcing structure has the advantages of being simple in reinforcing mode, relatively low in manufacturing cost, low in construction difficulty, convenient and rapid to install and the like.
