Axial metal damper
The invention discloses an axial metal damper. The axial metal damper comprises a hollow force transmission sleeve with an opening in one end, wherein a force transmission shaft is arranged in the sleeve in the length direction of the sleeve, a plurality of energy consumption plates which are connected with the inner wall of the force transmission sleeve are arranged on the periphery of the force transmission shaft, the bearing capacity of the force transmission sleeve and the bearing capacity of the force transmission shaft are higher than the bearing capacity of each energy consumption plate by more than two times, and the energy consumption plates are made of low-yield-point steel; and a first installation head is arranged on the end, away from the opening, of the force transmission sleeve, a second installation head which can reciprocate in the length direction of the force transmission sleeve is connected to the end, away from the first installation head, of the force transmission shaft, movable gaps are reserved between the force transmission shaft and the first installation head as well as between the energy consumption plates and the first installation head, movable gaps are reserved between the energy consumption plates and the second installation head, and filling materials are filled in the length section of the energy consumption plates in the force transmission sleeve. According to the axial metal damper, axial shearing energy consumption can be performed, and the large damping energy consumption requirement under the small yield displacement is met.
本发明公开了一种轴向金属阻尼器,包括中空一端开口的传力套管,套管内设置有沿其长度方向设置的传力轴,传力轴的外周设置有多条与传力套管内壁连接的耗能板,传力套管及传力轴承载力高于每一耗能板承载力2倍以上,耗能板采用低屈服点钢材制成;传力套管远离其开口的一端设置有第一安装头,传力轴远离第一安装头的一端连接有可沿传力套管长度方向往复移动的第二安装头,传力轴及耗能板与第一安装头之间留有活动间隙,耗能板与第二安装头之间留有活动间隙,传力套管内于耗能板的长度段处填充有填充料。本发明能够进行轴向剪切耗能,实现较小屈服位移下,较大的减震耗能需求。
