Fireproof concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of building materials, and particularly discloses fireproof concrete and a preparation method thereof. The fireproof concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 to 100 parts of cement, 200 to 300 parts of aggregate, 10 to 30 parts of refractory fiber, 15 to 30 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 10 to 25 parts of polyolefin elastomer, 0.5 to 3 parts of water reducing agent and 40 to 80 parts of water, the preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, uniformly mixing the polyolefin elastomer with the polyvinyl alcohol and the refractory fibers in a molten state to prepare a standby material; and S2, uniformly mixing the standby material with a water reducing agent, adding cement, aggregate and water, and uniformly mixing to obtain the fireproof concrete. The fireproof concrete has relatively high compressive strength at high temperature.
