The invention belongs to the technical field of building application material concrete, and particularly relates to fireproof anti-cracking common concrete and a preparation method thereof.The fireproof anti-cracking common concrete comprises raw material components used for manufacturing the concrete and a composite admixture used for improving the compactness of the concrete, the raw materials comprise the following components in percentage by weight: 25%-35% of cement, 45%-65% of aggregate, 3%-4.5% of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 6%-9% of a refractory material, 3%-4.5% of acrylamide, 3%-4.5% of carboxymethyl cellulose, 1.5%-3% of a water reducing agent and 2.25%-4.5% of a water retaining agent; the composite admixture comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 40%-50% of fly ash, 20%-35% of graphene oxide and 10%-30% of limestone powder. According to the invention, the concrete has excellent fireproof performance and stability, the water-retaining property, compressive strength and cracking resistance of the concrete at high temperature are guaranteed to a certain extent, the possibility of cracking of the concrete is reduced, the use functionality of the concrete is improved, and the practical performance is remarkable.
本发明属于建筑应用材料混凝土技术领域,尤其涉及一种防火抗裂普通混凝土及其制备方法,包括用于制作混凝土的原料组分和用于提升混凝土紧实度的复合型外加剂,所述原料组分及其重量百分比含量为:水泥:25%~35%、骨料:45%~65%、羟乙基纤维素:3%~4.5%、耐火材料:6%~9%、丙烯酰胺:3%~4.5%、羧甲基纤维素:3%~4.5%、减水剂:1.5%~3%、保水剂:2.25%~4.5%,所述复合型外加剂各组分及其重量百分比含量为:粉煤灰:40%~50%、氧化石墨烯:20%~35%、石灰石粉:10%~30%。本发明确保混凝土具有优良的防火性能及稳定性,在一定程度上保障了混凝土在高温下的保水性、抗压强度和抗裂化能力,降低混凝土出现裂缝的可能,改善混凝土使用功能性,实用性能显著。
