Anti-crack gypsum-based self-leveling mortar and preparation process thereof
The invention relates to the field of building materials, and particularly discloses anti-crack gypsum-based self-leveling mortar and a preparation process thereof. The anti-crack gypsum-based self-leveling mortar is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 50 to 200 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 200 to 350 parts of desulfurized gypsum powder, 30 to 100 parts of filler, 50 to 100 parts of sand, 150 to 250 parts of bauxite powder, 10 to 25 parts of polyester fiber, 1 to 3 parts of water reducing agent, 0.5 to 1.0 part of defoaming agent and 0.5 to 1.2 parts of retarder. Micropores are formed in the polyester fiber. According to the anti-crack gypsum-based self-leveling mortar, the desulfurized gypsum powder and the bauxite powder jointly form a gelling system, direct utilization of flue gas desulfurization waste desulfurized gypsum is achieved, resources and energy are saved, micropores of the polyester fibers can increase the water retention property of the fibers, meanwhile, the bonding effect of the surface and the mortar is improved, and the anti-crack effect on the mortar is improved.
