Method for recycling zirconia ceramic waste
The invention discloses a method for recycling zirconia ceramic waste. The method comprises the following steps: cleaning the zirconia ceramic waste; crushing the cleaned zirconia ceramic waste by using a double-roller machine to obtain a crushed material; crushing the crushed material by using a jet mill to obtain a crushed material; mixing the crushed material with water to obtain mixed slurry with the solid content of 15-30%, grinding the mixed slurry by using a grinding machine, conducting standing after grinding, and separating clear liquid to obtain slurry with the solid content of 30-45%; carrying out spray drying on the slurry to obtain zirconia ceramic recovery powder; and pressing and sintering the zirconium oxide ceramic recovery powder to obtain a regenerated zirconium oxide ceramic device. According to the method, the zirconium oxide ceramic waste is recycled through a pure physical method, the recycled powder with uniform particle size distribution is obtained, the zirconium oxide ceramic device with excellent performance is prepared through pressing and sintering molding, the recycling process is low in energy consumption, low in cost, short in technological process, easy to implement and high in efficiency, and regeneration and recycling of zirconium oxide are achieved.
