Flame-retardant thermal-insulation colored rubber pavement material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a flame-retardant thermal-insulation colored rubber pavement material. The pavement material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of a microcapsule flame retardant, 3-5 parts of ammonium polyphosphate, 20-25 parts of a thermal insulation composite filler, 40-50 parts of natural rubber, 4-5 parts of microcrystalline wax, 5-10 parts of hydrotalcite, 40-60 parts of ethylene propylene diene monomer, 20-25 parts of polypropylene, 1-3 parts of lignin, 1-4 parts of a stabilizer, 3-6 parts of a coupling agent, 2-4 parts of a pigment, 2-5 parts of a plasticizer and 1-5 parts of a curing agent. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the flame-retardant thermal-insulation colored rubber pavement material. The microcapsule flame retardant, the ammonium polyphosphate, the thermal-insulation composite filler and other auxiliaries are added into the natural rubber and the ethylene propylene diene monomer, so that the rubber material is endowed with excellent flame-retardant property and thermal-insulation property; and the colored rubber pavement material prepared by the invention is non-toxic, harmless and pollution-free, and has great application value in indoor pavements.
本发明公开了一种阻燃保温彩色橡胶路面材料，包括以下重量份原料：微胶囊阻燃剂10‑15份、聚磷酸铵3‑5份、保温复合填料20‑25份、天然橡胶40‑50份、微晶蜡4‑5份、水滑石5‑10份、三元乙丙橡胶40‑60份、聚丙烯20‑25份、木质素1‑3份、稳定剂1‑4份、偶联剂3‑6份、颜料2‑4份、增塑剂2‑5份和固化剂1‑5份，本发明还公开了该阻燃保温彩色橡胶路面材料的制备方法，通过在天然橡胶和三元乙丙橡胶中添加微胶囊阻燃剂、聚磷酸铵和保温复合填料及其他助剂，赋予橡胶材料优异的阻燃性能、保温隔热性能，且本发明制备的彩色橡胶路面材料无毒、无害、无污染，在室内路面具有很大的应用价值。
