The extra-large tonnage prefabricated box girder end formwork comprises a first formwork body and a second formwork body, the first formwork body is located at the top of the second formwork body, multiple sets of mounting holes are formed in a bottom plate of the first formwork body, multiple sets of through holes corresponding to the mounting holes are formed in a top plate of the second formwork body, and fasteners penetrate through the mounting holes and the corresponding through holes; the first template can rotate relative to the second template by loosening the fastening piece, and the first template can be locked at the top of the second template by tightening the fastening piece, that is, after the first template horizontally rotates relative to the second template, the first template is locked at the top of the second template by tightening the fastening piece; and therefore, the top plate of the box girder concrete formed by pouring can be connected with the adjacent top plate of the box girder concrete more tightly, an overlarge gap is prevented from being generated on the outer side part between the top plates of the box girder concrete at a small curve section, and the problem that an expansion joint is difficult to construct is solved.
