The invention discloses a lifting point dislocation adjusting structure of a keel and a mounting method, and relates to the technical field of building decoration. The lifting point dislocation adjusting structure comprises the keel and at least one fixing assembly; and each fixing assembly comprises a first expansion bolt, a second expansion bolt, a connecting piece and a screw rod, wherein the first expansion bolt and the second expansion bolt are fixed to a top wall, a bolt of the first expansion bolt and a bolt of the second expansion bolt are connected with the connecting piece so as to hoist the connecting piece to the first expansion bolt and the second expansion bolt, the upper portion of the screw rod is connected with the connecting piece so as to hoist the screw rod to the connecting piece, the lower portion of the screw rod is fixedly connected with the keel, and the position, between the first expansion bolt and the second expansion bolt, of the screw rod relative to the first expansion bolt and the second expansion bolt is adjustable. The problem that due to inaccurate paying-off positioning or manual operation errors, expansion bolt mounting deviates and dislocates, and consequently the keel cannot be mounted on the screw rods of the expansion bolts can be solved.
