The invention relates to the technical field of indoor decoration, in particular to a keel mounting and adjusting structure. The base is connected with a wall, the keel is connected with a wallboard, the adjusting piece is connected with the base and the keel, the base is provided with a containing cavity, and the adjusting piece can be inserted into the containing cavity to move in the axis direction of the containing cavity; and the fixing piece is arranged outside the base in a sleeving manner and is used for relatively fixing the adjusting piece and the base. By designing the base and the adjusting piece, the keel can be leveled by directly changing the inserting depth when the keel is installed, and compared with a thread leveling structure, the adjusting efficiency is higher, operation is easier and more convenient, and repeated screwing is not needed.
