Discrete prefabricated distributed construction method for high-density refrigerating machine room
The invention discloses a discrete prefabricated distributed construction method for a high-density refrigerating machine room. The discrete prefabricated distributed construction method comprises the steps that machine room implementation personnel are divided into a prefabricated group, a support group and an assembly group after the high-precision modeling and construction deduction of the refrigerating machine room are completed; the prefabrication group preparation work comprises the steps of providing an assembly drawing and a prefabrication machining drawing, the support group preparation work comprises the step of providing a support large sample drawing and the assembly group preparation work comprises the step of hoisting. For a first batch of pipelines, support manufacturing and mounting are completed by the support group, prefabricated pipelines are transported to the site by a processing factory of the prefabrication group, machine room pipelines of the same batch are mounted after a pipe section assembly set is checked and accepted, the other two plates start next batch operation while the pipelines are mounted, and by parity of reasoning, three-line parallel construction and mutual cooperation are achieved, so that line production is formed; and parallel construction of the three procedures of pipeline prefabrication, support manufacturing and mounting and pipeline assembly is achieved. According to the discrete prefabricated distributed construction method, the construction efficiency can be improved, and an overall implementation period from high-precision BIM modeling to machine room pipeline installation is greatly shortened.
本发明公开了高密度制冷机房离散式预制分布式施工方法,本发明在完成制冷机房高精度建模和施工推演后,将机房实施人员划分为预制组、支架组、装配组三大板块。预制组准备工作包括出具装配图和预制加工图,支架组准备工作包括出具支架大样图,装配组进行吊装准备。对于第一批次管道,支架组完成支架制作安装,预制组的加工厂将预制管道运输至现场,管段装配组验收后进行本批次机房管道安装,在管道安装同时另外两板块开始下一批作业,以此类推,三线并行施工又相互配合,形成流水作业,做到管道预制、支架制安、管道装配三个工序平行施工。本方法能提高施工效率,极大的缩短了从高精度BIM建模到机房管道安装完毕的整体实施周期。
