The invention provides a lake circulating supply running water system for purifying water quality based on a physicochemical method, which is characterized by comprising a lake downstream algae-containing muddy water multi-point water taking system, a shore-based physicochemical treatment purification system, a clean water pipeline conveying upstream multi-point lake returning system and an auxiliary system matched with the three systems which are connected in sequence, the four subsystems operate in a combined manner: algae-containing muddy water is extracted from multiple downstream points to a water treatment facility of a lakeshore water source plant, clear and transparent oxygen-enriched clear water is obtained and delivered after bypass purification treatment by a physicochemical method, and the clear water is conveyed to an upstream lakeshore at a long distance through a pipeline and returns to the lakeshore from multiple points in a waterfall waterscape form to form lake running water self-circulation. The system is high in water circulation energy efficiency and good in interactive mass transfer effect, running water supply is not limited, water ecology is easy to restore, and oxygen-enriched clear water quality is guaranteed.
