Method for preparing sulphoaluminate cement clinker from aluminum profile waste residues
The invention relates to a method for preparing sulphoaluminate cement clinker from aluminum profile waste residue, and the method specifically comprises the following steps: (a) preparation of a cement raw material: weighing aluminum profile waste residue, calcium raw material and correction material, uniformly mixing, and grinding to obtain the cement raw material; and (b) preparation of cement clinker: calcining the cement raw material obtained in the step (a), and quenching to obtain the sulphoaluminate cement clinker. Compared with the prior art, the aluminum profile waste residues are used for completely replacing bauxite, and resource utilization of the aluminum profile waste residues is achieved; harmful elements in the aluminum profile waste residues are effectively cured, and no pretreatment method is needed; the calcination temperature is reduced by 150-200 DEG C, the production energy consumption is remarkably reduced, and no carbon dioxide is discharged in the calcination process.
本发明涉及一种利用铝型材废渣制备硫铝酸盐水泥熟料的方法,所述方法具体包括以下步骤:(a)水泥生料的制备:称取铝型材废渣、钙质原料和校正料,混合均匀后进行粉磨,得到水泥生料;(b)水泥熟料的制备:将步骤(a)得到的水泥生料进行煅烧,后经急冷得到硫铝酸盐水泥熟料。与现有技术相比,本发明利用铝型材废渣完全取代铝矾土,实现铝型材废渣资源化利用;有效地固化铝型材废渣中的有害元素,且无需采用任何预处理方法;煅烧温度降低了150℃~200℃,显著降低生产能耗,且煅烧过程无二氧化碳排放。
