Thin-layer mortar and masonry construction method thereof
The invention relates to the field of building mortar, and particularly discloses thin-layer mortar and a masonry construction method thereof. The thin-layer mortar comprises a dry blend, and the dry blend comprises 80 to 125 parts of cement; 200 to 260 parts of sand; 0.5 to 1.5 parts of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose; 0.1 to 1 part of acetylated distarch phosphate; 0.5 to 1.5 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether; 0.5 to 1.5 parts of nonionic polyacrylamide; 0.1-1 part of a leveling agent; 1-3 parts of a concrete expansive agent; 1-2.5 parts of a water reducing agent; and 1-3 parts of anti-cracking fiber. The masonry construction method comprises the following steps: stirring the dry mixture and water according to the weight ratio of 1: (0.2-0.3) for 4-6 minutes to generate paste, standing for 4-6 minutes, stirring for 1-2 minutes to obtain thin-layer mortar, and applying the thin-layer mortar to the aerated concrete block and masonry. The thin-layer mortar disclosed by the invention is high in adhesion, so that the application range of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks can be widened.
