The embodiment of the invention discloses thin-layer masonry mortar based on full-industrial solid waste and a preparation method thereof. The thin-layer masonry mortar comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 20-30% of industrial solid waste low-carbon cementing material, 70-80% of tungsten tailing sand aggregate and 3-8% of admixture. According to the thin-layer masonry mortar provided by the invention, the performance of the thin-layer masonry mortar meets or exceeds technical parameters of M5-grade thin-layer masonry mortar specified in GB/T 25181-2019 premixed mortar, and the thin-layer masonry mortar has a practical application value. Besides, a large amount of industrial solid waste can be consumed, meanwhile, the cement consumption can be reduced, the environmental pollution caused by a large amount of carbon emission brought by cement production is solved to a certain extent, and the requirements of the current low-carbon environmental protection policy in China are met.
本发明实施例公开了一种基于全工业固废的薄层砌筑砂浆及其制备方法。所述薄层砌筑砂浆按重量百分含量计包括:工业固废低碳胶凝材料20%‑30%、钨尾矿砂骨料70%‑80%、外加剂外掺3%‑8%。本发明提供的薄层砌筑砂浆,其性能均满足或超过了GB/T 25181‑2019预拌砂浆中规定的M5等级的薄层砌筑砂浆的技术参数,具有实际的应用价值。另外,本发明不仅可以大量的消纳工业固废,同时还能减少水泥用量,一定程度上解决水泥生产带来的大量碳排放所造成的环境污染,符合我国现行的低碳环保政策要求。
