Three-span cable crane for cable-stayed bridge girder installation and construction method thereof
The invention provides a three-span cable crane for cable-stayed bridge girder installation and a construction method thereof. The three-span cable crane comprises cables arranged on the center line of a bridge in the bridge direction, tower frames and ground anchors, the tower frames and the ground anchors are arranged on the two sides of the bridge respectively, cable saddles are arranged at the tops of the tower frames, the two ends of the cables pass through the cable saddles at the tops of the two tower frames and are connected with the ground anchors, the middles of the cables are supported through the cable saddles arranged on two cable towers of the bridge, and operation mechanisms used for hoisting or balancing the horizontal stress of the cable towers are arranged on the portions, located on the two sides of each cable tower, of the cables. The three-span cable crane is adopted to achieve vertical hoisting of all beam sections, matching of a floating crane, a large sliding beam and a beam storage support is not needed, control of the construction period is facilitated, large lifting equipment does not need to be erected on the bridge floor, the problem of abutted seam slab staggering caused by inconsistent beam section matching transverse deformation is effectively solved, harm of weld joint additional stress is reduced, other temporary loads of the bridge floor are reduced, and cable force of the stay cable and linear control of the girder are facilitated.
