The invention discloses an isolation pile with a servo grouting function and a construction method of the isolation pile. A PVC grouting pipe is additionally arranged on the basis of a traditional isolation pile, the grouting servo system is combined, when the displacement of the side tunnel exceeds the limit, grouting is conducted on the soil body close to the tunnel side through the grouting servo system, and the displacement of the tunnel is effectively reduced by finely controlling the grouting amount in real time. The grouting servo system not only can play a role of a traditional isolation pile, but also can automatically adjust the grouting amount according to automatic real-time monitoring data of the tunnel when the tunnel displacement is too large so as to effectively control the tunnel displacement, and is suitable for being popularized and applied to side tunnel displacement control caused by excavation of various deep and large foundation pits in cities.
本发明公开了一种兼顾伺服注浆功能的隔离桩及其施工方法。本发明在传统隔离桩的基础上增设PVC注浆管并结合注浆伺服系统,在旁侧隧道位移超限时通过注浆伺服系统向靠近隧道侧的土体注浆,通过精细化实时控制注浆量有效减小隧道的位移。其不仅能起到传统隔离桩的作用,而且在隧道位移过大时注浆伺服系统还能根据隧道自动化实时监测数据自动调节注浆量从而有效地控制隧道位移,适合在城市各种深大基坑开挖引起旁侧隧道位移控制中进行推广应用。
