The invention discloses a jet grouting pile construction method. The jet grouting pile construction method comprises the following steps that a construction site is leveled; pile position measuring and positioning are conducted; a drilling machine is in place, and drilling is conducted; hole guiding and drilling are conducted; jet pipe high-pressure jet grouting and jet pipe lifting are conducted repeatedly; machines and tools are flushed; and a jet pipe is moved to the next hole position till all jet grouting piles are completed. By means of the jet grouting construction method, construction can be conducted in a narrow space, construction equipment is compact, and the construction process is simple.
