The dredging mechanism comprises a bent plate. A plurality of first springs are uniformly and fixedly connected to the upper surface of the concave side of the bent plate. The other end of each first spring is fixedly connected with a mechanical arm. One ends, far away from the first springs, of the mechanical arms are uniformly and fixedly connected with a plurality of barb-shaped claws. A plurality of grooves are uniformly formed in the lower part of the bent plate. The grooves penetrate through the upper surface of the lower portion of the bent plate. The side walls of the sides, away from first through holes, of the multiple grooves are fixedly connected with bearing outer rings. A plurality of rotating rods are uniformly and fixedly connected to the inner walls of a plurality of bearing inner rings. A rotating rod extends out of the lower side wall of the bent plate. One end, close to the first through hole, of the rotating rod is fixedly connected with a paddle rod, and the other end is uniformly and fixedly connected with a plurality of stirring rods. The outer ring of the paddle rod is uniformly and fixedly connected with a plurality of paddles. According to the urban river dredging vehicle, the silt at the river bottom can be scattered, and meanwhile, the desilting mechanism can collect plastic garbage.
