The gear ring is rotationally connected between the two pipe bodies; the inner side of the gear ring is fixedly connected with a group of cutting knives; the surfaces of the pipe bodies are fixedly connected with the motor; a rotating shaft of the motor is fixedly connected with the gear; and the gear ring is an outer gear ring, and the gear is meshed with the gear ring. By arranging the cutting module, garbage such as vegetable leaves, meat residues and waste paper which are not easy to decompose in water is cut into small garbage, so that the garbage is more easily driven by water flow and is not easy to accumulate in the drainage pipe bodies, the drainage pipe bodies of a city is prevented from being blocked, manpower and material resources are saved, and time is saved; and the maintenance cost of a water supply and drainage system is reduced.
