The present invention relates to a drain pipe used for a sewer pipe and a drain. More specifically, the drain pipe comprises: profiles of which an upper portion of a cross-sectional surface is extended from a center portion toward both sides and having a pentagonal shape wherein an end part extended downward is horizontally extended in the extended end part of the upper portion and wherein a support unit is vertically formed and formed in a spiral shape while having an interval therebetween; and assembly hardened by filling a synthetic resin liquid into the upper and the lower portion of the profile of which both sides are adjacent to each other to bond the spiral shaped profiles to each other. Therefore, the cross-sectional surface has the pentagonal shape of which the upper portion is narrow and the lower portion is wide, and the profile wherein the support unit vertically formed has the spiral shape, and the present invention has the assembly hardened by filling the synthetic resin liquid to enable the spiral shaped profiles to be bonded to each other to enable the outside of the profile to flexibly absorb an impact due to an external force from the outside such as a stratum and enable the support unit to apply high strength with respect to the profile to produce the drain pipe having a good quality.
