The invention discloses a sunlight room device for solar snow melting and water purification based on a flexible photo-thermal film. The device comprises a sunlight room, and a photo-thermal film heating device, a snow tank, a coarse sand tank, a fresh water tank, a water collecting pipe and a water outlet which are positioned in the sunlight room; the top and the side walls of the sunlight room are made of transparent glass plates; the snow tank is used for containing snow to be melted, and a layer of prepared photo-thermal film is laid on the snow tank and used for heating the snow until the snow is melted; the coarse sand tank is positioned below the snow tank and is used for filtering out and purifying impurities in snow melt water; and the fresh water tank is used for collecting purified fresh water. The device can be used for melting snow and purifying water, provides basic domestic water for high and cold remote areas, and has the advantages of no need of extra energy input, simple structure and low manufacturing cost.
