Novel concrete pre-buried channel
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides a novel concrete pre-buried channel. The novel concrete pre-buried channel comprises a channel body and conical fixing supporting columns, wherein a T-shaped groove is formed in the middle of the channel body, C-shaped grooves which are sunken inwards are formed in the two sides of the channel body, a clamping structure matched with the bottom of the channel is arranged at the top of each conical fixing supporting column and fixed in a riveting mode, and the channel and the conical fixing supporting columns are pre-buried in concrete. The strength of the groove body is improved, and the vertical tensile strength of the riveting position of the groove body and the conical fixing supporting columns is enhanced.
本发明的目的是为了解决以上现有技术的不足,提出了一种新型的混凝土预埋槽道,包括槽道,锥形固定支柱,所述的槽道的中部设有T型凹槽,槽道的两侧均设有向内凹陷的C型凹槽,所述的锥形固定支柱顶部设有于槽道底部相配的卡接结构并以铆接作为固定,所述的槽道和锥形固定支柱预埋进混凝土内部。使以槽体强度增加,加强槽体和锥形固定支柱铆接处的垂直抗拉强度。
