The preparation process comprises the following steps that stainless steel melt for an outer layer is cast into a rotating centrifugal casting mold, when the temperature of the inner surface of the stainless steel melt for the outer layer is reduced to the freezing point of the stainless steel melt, carbon steel melt is cast into a core part, the carbon steel melt is taken out after solidification, and the pre-buried channel is obtained. A round steel blank of the stainless steel-coated carbon steel composite material is obtained; a round steel blank of a stainless steel-coated carbon steel composite material is treated by adopting a hot rolling process, and then the procedures of sawing, punching and riveting are performed to obtain a pre-buried channel finished product; the prepared pre-buried channel is of a stainless steel-coated carbon steel composite material structure, the stainless steel material can be saved, the production cost can be reduced, and compared with a carbon steel channel, the corrosion resistance can be greatly improved; and compared with a stainless steel channel, the strength can be effectively improved.
本发明涉及一种预埋槽道的制备工艺及制备的预埋槽道,所述制备工艺包括以下步骤:向旋转的离心铸造用模具浇铸外层用不锈钢熔液,当外层不锈钢熔液内表面温度降至其凝固点时,向芯部浇注碳钢熔液,待凝固后取出,得到不锈钢包碳钢复合材料的圆钢坯料;将不锈钢包碳钢复合材料的圆钢坯料采用热轧工艺进行处理,然后进行锯切、冲孔、铆接工序,得到预埋槽道成品;制备的预埋槽道为不锈钢包碳钢复合材料结构,可以节省不锈钢材料,降低生产成本,与碳钢槽道相比可大幅度提高耐腐蚀性;与不锈钢槽道相比可有效提升强度。
