Topological interlocking-based concrete infilled wall with self-resetting function
The invention discloses a topological interlocking-based concrete infilled wall with a self-resetting function. The concrete infilled wall is characterized in that an object of a large structure is decomposed into small blocks which are mutually constrained, and the whole is re-constructed through the small blocks, so that better external load and damage resistance can be obtained; the fragmented units are constructed to achieve the mutual constraint condition through special geometrical shape design and are fixed through auxiliary means such as pre-stressed steel bars or pre-compression springs, and finally global constraint is completed through a rigid frame; the problems that an existing infilled wall does not have the self-resetting capacity, local damage often occurs under the action of loads such as impact, and resetting is difficult can be solved; and the effects of the pre-stressed steel bars and concrete blocks are fully exerted, the pre-stressed steel bars bear smaller shearing force in the load acting process, the service life of the structure is remarkably prolonged, the structure has certain displacement tolerance capacity, and it is guaranteed that the whole can be repaired under the extreme load effect.
本发明公开了一种基于拓扑互锁的具有自复位功能的混凝土填充墙,将结构大块的物体分解成相互约束的小块,并通过小块重新构件整体能够得到更好的抗外荷载与损伤的能力;将这些碎片化的单元构建通过特殊的几何形状设计以达到相互约束的情况,并通过如预应力钢筋或预压力弹簧等辅助手段加以固定,最后通过刚性框架完成全局约束;能够解决现有填充墙不具备自复位能力,在冲击等荷载的作用下常出现局部破坏,并难以复位的问题;充分发挥预应力钢筋与混凝土块的作用,预应力钢筋在荷载作用过程中受到更小的剪力,结构的使用寿命显著提高,且结构具有一定的容许位移能力,保证整体在极端荷载作用下能够得到修复。
