The topology interlocking protection structure is formed by splicing a plurality of topology interlocking blocks, the splicing faces, in the transverse direction or the longitudinal direction, of the topology interlocking blocks are arranged to be topology interlocking faces (8), prestressed ducts (9) are formed in the topology interlocking blocks in a penetrating mode, prestressed tendons (10) are arranged in the prestressed ducts (9) in the transverse direction or the longitudinal direction in a penetrating mode, and the prestressed tendons (10) are tensioned to form an integrated structure.
