Integrated heating wallboard and production method thereof
The invention discloses an integrated heating wallboard which comprises a base material board; ceramic chips are evenly laid on the upper surface of the base material board; a plurality of pre-buried grooves are formed in the base material board; heating wires are arranged in the pre-buried grooves of the base material board; and a heat preservation film is laid on the lower surface of the base material board. The integrated heating wallboard overcomes the shortcomings of the prior art, and is high in heat preservation capacity, more uniform in heating and reliable and durable in structure. In addition, the invention further provides a production method for producing the integrated heating wallboard.
本发明公开了一种集成发热墙板，包括有基材板，所述的基材板上表面均匀铺贴有瓷片，所述的基材板上开设有若干预埋槽，所述的基材板在预埋槽内设置有发热丝，所述的基材板下表面铺贴有保温膜，本发明目的是克服了现有技术的不足，提供一种保温能力强、发热更加均匀、结构可靠耐用的集成发热墙板，另外本发明还提供一种生产该种集成发热墙板的生产方法。
