Prestress automatic tensioning system
The invention relates to the technical field of bridge construction, and particularly discloses an automatic prestress tensioning system which comprises a vehicle body. The bottom surface of the vehicle body is fixedly connected with a sleeve; a push block is slidably connected to the inner side wall of the sleeve. The bottom end of the push block extends to the bottom of the sleeve and is fixedly connected with a pressing plate located at the bottom of the sleeve. A first hydraulic push rod is arranged on the vehicle body; the output end of the first hydraulic push rod penetrates through the vehicle body, extends into the sleeve and is fixedly connected with the top surface of the push block; a tensioning mechanism capable of automatically tensioning a steel strand of a bridge is arranged on the vehicle body; when the tensioning mechanism conducts tensioning operation, the first hydraulic push rod drives the push block to move downwards, the pressing plate is promoted to move downwards and be pressed on the ground, the vehicle body is fixed, and the possibility that the vehicle body slides in the tensioning process is reduced.
