The invention provides a coded lock capable of conveniently returning a code to zero. The coded lock comprises a code box with a code wheel assembly and a return-to-zero mechanism, and a code wheel of the code wheel assembly is coaxially provided with a code wheel gear with a notch; and the return-to-zero mechanism comprises a sliding cover, a disc gear arranged on the code box, a bevel gear meshes with the disc gear and outer teeth coaxially arranged with the bevel gear, the disc gear meshes with the code wheel gear, the sliding cover is connected to the code box in a linear reciprocating motion mode, a tooth-shaped structure is arranged on the sliding cover, and the outer teeth are coaxially arranged with the bevel gear. After the sliding cover is connected with the password box, the tooth-shaped structure on the sliding cover meshes with the outer teeth on the bevel gear, and when the sliding cover is pushed to move to drive the disc gear to form idling with the notch of the code wheel gear, a code wheel returns to zero.
