The invention relates to an inspection well cover deviation detection device. The device comprises a detection device arranged below an inspection well cover; the detection device comprises a shell, a movable rod, a spring, a power supply, a controller, an alarm module and a communication module, wherein the movable rod, the spring, the power supply, the controller, the alarm module and the communication module are arranged in the shell; one side of the shell is fixed on the wall of an inspection well; a through hole allowing the top of the movable rod to vertically extend out is formed in the corresponding position, above a penetrating hole, of the shell, and the top of the movable rod can make contact with the inspection well cover after extending out of the through hole; a horizontal transverse plate is arranged on the inner wall of the shell and provided with a through hole allowing the bottom of the movable rod to vertically extend into the shell;a clamping ring is arranged at the position, below the through hole, of the movable rod; the spring is arranged between the clamping ring and the upper surface of the horizontal transverse plate; a pointer is arranged at the lower end of the movable rod; an adjustable resistor capable of contacting with the pointer to realize connection is downwards arranged at the end of the horizontal transverse plate; and the adjustable resistor and the pointer are electrically connected with the controller.
