Safety protection device for single-side jacking of large-span latticed shell structure and safety jacking method
The invention relates to a safety protection device for single-side jacking of a large-span latticed shell structure and a safety jacking method. The safety protection device comprises a plurality of safety joints which are sequentially connected, wherein a connecting transition pipe is connected to the upper end of the uppermost safety joint in an inserted mode; a supporting rib plate is arranged on the outer side face of the connecting transition pipe; the supporting rib plate makes contact with the surface of a flange plate at the upper end of the safety joint; a semicircular groove is formed in the top of the connecting transition pipe; a connecting transverse pipe is arranged in the semicircular groove; U-shaped clamps are arranged at the two ends of the connecting transverse pipe and fixed to the flange plate at the upper end of the safety joint; support rib plates are fixedly connected to the two ends of the connecting transverse pipe; one side of each support rib plate is an arc-shaped connecting edge; a pair of wedge-shaped blocks are arranged below the lowermost safety joint; and sleepers are arranged below the wedge-shaped blocks. According to the safety protection device, under the condition that the jacking device is locally unstable, the latticed shell structure can be effectively supported, and accidents are avoided.
本发明涉及一种大跨度网壳结构单边顶升安全保护装置及安全顶升方法,安全保护装置包括若干依次连接的安全节,在位于最上方的安全节的上端插接有连接过渡管,在连接过渡管的外侧面设置有支撑筋板,支撑筋板和安全节上端的法兰盘表面相接触,在连接过渡管的顶部开有半圆槽,在半圆槽内设置有连接横管,在连接横管的两端设置有U型卡,U型卡固定在安全节上端的法兰盘上,在连接横管的两端固定连接有支座筋板,支座筋板的一侧为弧形的连接边;在位于最下方的安全节的下方设置有一对楔形块,在楔形块的下方设置有枕木。本发明的安全保护装置在局部顶升装置失稳的情况下,能够有效支撑住网壳结构,避免事故的发生。
