The invention discloses a material and a process of a high-performance economical AC-8 ultrathin wearing layer. The structure of the wearing layer is composed of a high-elasticity oil-rich stress absorption layer and a high-viscosity thick-film large-structure-depth surface layer, the stress absorption layer is formed by rolling and has the thickness of 0.5-1 cm, and the structural total thickness of the wearing layer is 2 cm. The high-elasticity oil-rich stress absorption layer is composed of high-viscosity high-elasticity A-type modified asphalt and 7.2-9.5 single-particle-size high-hardness broken stones. The high-viscosity thick-film large-structure-depth surface layer is composed of high-viscosity high-elasticity B-type modified asphalt, 0-3mm limestone, 3-6mm and 6-8mm diabase or basalt macadam, polymer fibers and mineral powder. The anti-skid performance, durability, attractiveness and driving comfort of an asphalt pavement can be greatly improved, the structural performance of the original pavement is maintained and prolonged, further development of diseases is delayed, the service life of the pavement is effectively prolonged, and the economical and efficient materials and the technological method can be widely applied to the field of asphalt pavement maintenance.
本发明公开了一种高性能经济型AC‑8超薄磨耗层的材料与工艺。其结构组成为高弹富油应力吸收层和高粘厚膜大构造深度表面层,其中应力吸收层为碾压自形成厚度0.5‑1cm,磨耗层结构总厚度为2cm。高弹富油应力吸收层材料组成分别为高粘高弹A型改性沥青、7.2‑9.5单粒径高硬度碎石。高粘厚膜大构造深度表面层由高粘高弹B型改性沥青、0‑3mm石灰岩、3‑6mm与6‑8mm辉绿岩或玄武岩碎石、聚合物纤维以及矿粉组成。本发明可大幅提升沥青路面抗滑性能、耐久性、美观与行驶舒适性,维持并延长原路面结构性能,延缓病害进一步发展,进而有效延长路面使用寿命,其经济高效的材料与工艺方法能广泛应用于沥青路面养护领域。
