Epoxy modified asphalt pavement anti-skid layer and construction method thereof
An epoxy modified asphalt pavement anti-skid layer comprises an asphalt concrete layer which is prepared from medium-grain or coarse-grain aggregate and asphalt, and the thickness of the asphalt concrete layer is 6-18cm; a broken stone sealing layer, formed by synchronously spreading broken stone aggregate and high-viscosity modified asphalt on the asphalt concrete layer and rolling the broken stone aggregate and the high-viscosity modified asphalt by a road roller, and the broken stone aggregate on the surface of the broken stone sealing layer being partially embedded into the asphalt concrete layer to form a three-dimensional staggered embedded integrated structure; an epoxy anti-skid layer, formed by synchronously spreading anti-skid aggregate and epoxy modified asphalt on the gravel sealing layer and rolling the anti-skid aggregate and the epoxy modified asphalt by a road roller, and the anti-skid aggregate on the surface of the epoxy anti-skid layer being partially embedded among gravel aggregate of the gravel sealing layer to form a three-dimensional staggered and embedded integrated structure; and an asphalt sealing layer, formed by spreading a sealing material formed by fine sand aggregate and high-viscosity modified emulsified asphalt on the epoxy anti-skid layer. The anti-skid coefficient of the anti-skid layer of the epoxy modified asphalt pavement is 70 BPN or above.
环氧改性沥青路面抗滑层包括:沥青混凝土层,由中粒式或粗粒式集料与沥青制作得到,其厚度为6~18cm;碎石封层,由碎石集料和高粘改性沥青同步铺撒在沥青混凝土层上,并用压路机碾压形成,碎石封层表面部分的碎石集料部分地嵌入沥青混凝土层中,形成立体交错嵌合一体化结构;环氧抗滑层,由抗滑集料和环氧改性沥青同步铺撒在碎石封层上,并用压路机碾压形成,环氧抗滑层表面部分的抗滑集料部分地嵌入碎石封层的碎石集料之间,形成立体交错嵌合一体化结构;沥青封层,由细砂集料与高粘改性乳化沥青形成的封面料铺撒在环氧抗滑层上形成;环氧改性沥青路面抗滑层的抗滑系数在70BPN以上。
