Anti-skid surface layer of asphalt pavement and construction method of anti-skid surface layer
The construction method comprises the following steps: firstly, treating matrix asphalt with maleic anhydride to graft carboxyl on the matrix asphalt so as to prepare modified asphalt, then carrying out surface treatment on basalt macadam, limestone machine-made sand and limestone mineral powder with KH550 to graft amino on the surfaces, and carrying out surface treatment on the modified asphalt so as to prepare the anti-skid surface layer of the asphalt pavement. In the process of mixing the modified asphalt with the modified epoxy resin and the modified curing agent, carboxyl on the modified asphalt and amino on the surface of the mixture participate in the curing process of the modified epoxy resin, so that the filler and the mixture are combined more tightly, the anti-skid effect is ensured, and meanwhile, lignin does not need to be added; the water absorption phenomenon of the anti-skid surface in rainy and snowy weather is prevented, and the dryness of the road surface is ensured.
本发明公开了一种沥青路面抗滑表层及其施工方法,先对基质沥青用马来酸酐处理,使得基质沥青上接枝羧基,制得改性沥青,再将玄武岩碎石、石灰石机制砂和石灰石矿粉用KH550表面处理,使得表面接枝氨基,再与改性环氧树脂和改性固化剂的混合过程中,改性沥青上的羧基以及混合料表面的氨基会参与到改性环氧树脂的固化过程中,使得填料与混合料之间的结合更紧密,保证的防滑效果,同时不需要加入木质素,防止了抗滑表面在雨雪天气下出现吸水现象,保证了路面的干燥性。
